Another reading review from my extensive list of completed books from this holiday season. I picked up The Paris Wife by Paula McLain on a whim. Boy, am I glad I did. It was one of my favorite books to date.
My review: LOVE. The book was slightly romantic, very true and the perfect snapshot at Paris in the 20's (at least for my imagination). It doesn't hurt that Ernest Hemingway is one of my all time favorite writers and this book is from his first wife's perspective. I couldn't put this novel down, and it fueled my desire to travel to Europe and soon!
