BOOKWORM // THE GREAT GATSBY

It's been awhile since I have picked up a "classic" at the library. It was high time and I instinctively reached for The Great Gatsby. 



This little book and I met back in 8th grade when it was definitely not cool to like to read anything except for The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (and that was even a stretch). Under the circumstances, I only committed bits and pieces of this classic to memory. When I reread it, I recognized the characters but had almost entirely forgotten the plot. It made for a familiar, yet exciting read. I'll definitely be making a trip to the theater when the movie comes out!

    SO so excited! It was going to come out on Christmas, but now they've pushed it back to summer 13..!

    i am so excited about the great gatsby movie! before school started i was ready a bunch of classics! it was really fun. jane eyre is my new favorite book ever haha :)

    I've been meaning to re-read this for AGES. I think I will before the movie.. Which I WILL see because of the love of my life AKA Leo DiCaprio!
